Level 1 Usui Reiki Course (Foundation)
This course is very much about you and your own healing journey. It will provide you with the tools you need to deepen your connection with yourself. It will also enable you to share reiki with your friends and family.
During this two day course we will cover:
- The reiki story, history & principles
- Meditate to meet your guide
- Receive a sacred reiki attunement
- The benefits of reiki
- How to channel reiki
- Self-healing (which includes an optional 21 day cleanse)
- Chakras & how to balance them
- The auric field
- Auric protection
- Hand positions for reiki
The course will begin at 9.30am and finish at 3.30pm on both days. This course will be delivered from my home in Blackwell, Alfreton, Derbyshire. Places are limited to four people.

Level 2 Usui Reiki Course (Practitioner)
This course is for students wishing to develop their reiki skills further either for personal or professional use. This course will enable you to become an fully qualified and insurable reiki practitioner.
During this two day course we will cover:
- Reiki guides, spirit guides & animal reiki guides
- The reiki symbols and how to use them
- Receive a further reiki attunement
- How to send distance healing
- Healing or enhancing a future event
- Group healing
- Manifesting with reiki
- Earth healing
- Becoming a reiki practitioner & professional standards
Our next course will be delivered on the 2nd & 3rd December 2023. The course will begin at 9.30am and finish at 3.30pm on both days. This course will be delivered from my home in Blackwell, Alfreton, Derbyshire. Places are limited to four people.

Level 3 Reiki Master Teacher Course
Reiki master training is all about ‘mastering yourself’. This course covers both reiki master and reiki teacher training. Its a great opportunity to work on all aspects of yourself and your own healing journey as well as giving you the confidence and the tools to help those who are drawn to you.
During this two day course we will cover:
- Meditation
- The responsibilities of a reiki master
- Reiki master attunement
- Reiki master symbol
- Reiki empowerment
- How to give reiki attunements
- Your reiki toolkit
- and so much more
